Visual Quality Control of Products

The visual control system based on Kvantron Smart analyzes the appearance of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products, detects defects, classifies them by type, and sends a signal for rejection or sorting.

Main Functions

Integrity Control	The system checks the product for damages and structural violations. Detected: holes; tears; cracks; chips; cuts; dents; fractures; deformations; edge violations; missing parts of the product; packaging damage; continuity violation of the material.
Defect Detection and Classification	Kvantron Smart can not only find defects but also classify them by type, size, location, and degree of criticality. The following are monitored: spots; contaminations; scratches; inclusions; bubbles; overflows; surface heterogeneity; color changes; coating defects; material defects; foreign elements; technological marks.
Print Quality Control	The system checks the applied text, images, logos, marking, labels, and other printed elements. Detected: unpainted spots; smudges; missing characters; missing image fragments; broken lines; text distortion; print offset; incorrect image positioning; contrast loss; insufficient saturation; partial loss of information.
