Challenge / Problem
The engine oil manufacturer needed to integrate mandatory labeling into existing lines without losing productivity.
Additional complexity was created by high filling speeds, various types of containers, and an oily/fat production environment. Mistakes in marking could cause failures in tracking, logistics, and product traceability.
Solution
We implemented the Kvantron Smart complex, which automates the ordering of codes, their application, reading, quality control, and traceability across nesting levels.
The solution is integrated with the equipment and enables labeling operations without third-party services or integrators.
