Chips Marking for the Moscow Potato Factory

Task / Challenge

For the chips production line, it was necessary to implement mandatory marking under conditions of high packaging speed, uneven bag shape, and fat-rich environment.

Additionally, the client wanted to use existing equipment to avoid increasing project costs. Marking errors and packaging material mix-ups resulted in unnecessary expenses and packaging failures at this stage.

Solution

We adapted the Kvantron Smart complex to the specifics of snack production and integrated the customer's existing equipment into the system.

The solution automated the ordering and transfer of codes to the line, reading, reporting, and added checks for compliance with the production plan.
